目的:建立持续滴注声振微泡定量心肌血流 灌注的方法学。方法:采用不同滴注速度经犬外周静脉注射微泡造影剂,根据心肌显影效果 判定最佳滴注速度。同时重点观察应用心脏程序刺激仪或自制心电触发辅助仪克服现有超声 仪器心电触发间隔长度不足的效果。结果:①除0.5ml/min滴注组心肌显影略淡,6ml/min滴注组造影过程中偶见 远场轻度衰减,其余两组心肌显影效果佳;②应用心脏程序刺激仪或自制心电触发辅助仪可 使超声仪器心电触发间隔由9个心动周期稳定延长至45个心动周期。结论:①1~2ml/min滴注组心肌显影效果好,且其所需造影剂剂量明显低于6 ml/min滴注组,建议使用;②心脏程序刺激仪及自制心电触发辅助仪均可有效克服现有超声 仪器心电触发间隔长度不足的问题,但心脏程序刺激仪操作略繁琐,建议使用后者。“,”Objective:Intermittent imaging with gradual ly prolonged trigger interval,when sonicated microbubbles were injected continuo usly,was used for quantitative measurement of myocardial blood flow with myocard ial contrast echocardiography(MCE).The trigger intervals set in the different ec ho system were 9-11 cardiac cycles,but the intermittent period was not long eno ugh to fulfill the measurement.This study is to test the efficacy in application of a cardiac programming stimulator or a self-made trigger-extension apparatu s for lengthening the trigger interval during blood flow estimation with MCE.Methods:Four different continuous injection rates(0.5 ml /min,1.0 ml/min,2.0 ml/min,and 6.0 ml/min)with sonicated microbubbles were ap plied to observe the contrast effect in 6 dogs.On the same time,cardiac programm ing stimulator or self-made trigger-extension apparatus was used to lengthen t he trigger interval of ultrasonic apparatus.Results:Contrast effect was weak in the group of 0.5ml/min,bu t some mild attenuation in the far zone was occasionally found in the group of 6 ml/min.The other two groups,1 ml/min and 2ml/min group,had well contrast effect without attenuation.Both cardiac programming stimulator and self-made trigger -extension apparatus could lengthen the trigger interval from 9 cardiac cycles to 45 cycles.Conclusions:Continuous infusion rate of 1 ml/min or 2 ml/min i s optimal for myocardial perfusion quantification.Both cardiac programming stimu lator and sefl-made trigger-extension apparaturs are useful to lengthen the EC G trigger interval.
