本文报告美国五个军队医院自1945年以来33例支气管腺瘤治疗经验,其中27例为类癌,3例为粘液上皮癌,3例为囊性腺样上皮癌。首发症状,按多见次序为:咳嗽,反复发作的肺炎,咯血,发热,胸痛,仅1例无症状,经胸遗发现。8例由支气管镜作出诊断。肿瘤在左右肺分布几乎相等,下叶稍多。所有33例均作手术切除,除3例中心型囊性腺样上皮癌和3例类癌作全肺切除 This paper reports on 33 cases of bronchial adenoma treatment experience in five military hospitals in the United States since 1945. Among them, 27 cases were carcinoid, 3 cases were mucinous epithelial carcinoma, and 3 cases were cystic adenoid epithelial carcinoma. The first symptoms, in more order: cough, recurrent pneumonia, hemoptysis, fever, chest pain, only one case was asymptomatic, found through the chest. Eight patients were diagnosed by bronchoscopy. The tumors were almost equally distributed in the left and right lungs, with a little more in the lower lobe. All 33 patients underwent surgical resection except for 3 cases of central cystic adenoid carcinoma and 3 cases of carcinoid pneumonectomy.
