目的 旨在研究下颌骨发育性不对称畸形患者颜面软组织的特征性变化。方法 对２０ 例下颌骨发育性不对称畸形的 Ｘ线头颅定位后前位片硬软组织的非对称率进行比较研究，并对双侧定点部分软组织厚度进行对比分析。结果 面中、下双侧软组织明显不对称；但软组织的对称性明显大于骨组织的对称性。结论 提示在下颌骨发育性不对称畸形患者颜面软组织具有掩盖骨性畸形的现象；下颌骨发育性不对称畸形硬、软组织的整复应分次进行。
The purpose is to study the characteristic changes of facial soft tissue in patients with mandibular developmental asymmetric deformity. Methods The asymmetry of the hard and soft tissues of the anterior posterior segment of 20 cases with mandibular deformity deformity was compared and the soft tissue thickness of bilateral fixed point was compared and analyzed. The result showed that the bilateral soft tissues were obviously asymmetric, but the symmetry of the soft tissues was significantly greater than the symmetry of the bones. Conclusion It is suggested that the facial soft tissue in the patients with mandibular developmental asymmetric deformity has the phenomenon of covering the bony deformity. The asymmetric mandibular deformity of the hard and soft tissues should be performed in several stages.
