本文围绕人员管理、实验室教学内容管理、实验设备资源管理和实验室开放程序四个方面详细阐述了对创新实验室实施开放式管理的探索与实践,简要阐述了创新实验室的宗旨、任务及其对培养“两高一新”人才的作用。应用成效表明,创新实验室实施开放式管理对促进高职院校学生高素质、高技能的形成和创新能力的培养具有重要作用。同时这一探索与实践对其他电类实验室管理模式创新也具有积极的指导意义。
This article elaborates the exploration and practice of implementing open management in innovation laboratory from four aspects of personnel management, content management of laboratory teaching, resources management of laboratory equipment and open procedure of laboratory, and expounds the purpose, mission and innovation of innovation laboratory Its role in cultivating “two new and high” talent. The application results show that the implementation of open management in innovative laboratories plays an important role in promoting the formation of high-quality and highly skilled students in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of innovative abilities.
