本文介绍了武威南中心列检所管辖范围内货物列车使用低摩合成闸瓦的情况。 通过中磷和低摩合成两种闸瓦的统计、对比认为,该区段地形复杂,长大坡道及小半径曲线多,使用低摩合成闸瓦较为有利,行车也较安全,提高了列车正点率,减轻了列检人员劳动强度等。建议推广应用。 文章还介绍了在该区段使用低摩合成闸瓦的具体措施。
This paper introduces the situation of using low-friction synthetic brake shoes in cargo trains within the jurisdiction of the Wuwei South Center. Through comparing the statistics of two kinds of brake shoes made of medium phosphorus and low friction, the comparison of the terrain is complex, and the long ramp and small radius curve are more favorable. It is more advantageous to use the low friction motor brake shoe, and the traffic is safer, which improves the train Punctuality rate, reducing the labor inspection staff and so on. Recommended to promote the application. The article also introduced the specific measures of using low friction synthetic brake shoe in this section.
