本试验研究提供了一个湿法炼锌的新型流程。此流程具有:不耗碱、稀散金属回收率高、溶液质量好、铁渣过滤快等优点。1m~3扩大试验证实:(1) 高温锌焙砂用于湿法炼锌效果良好;(2) 亚硫酸锌是一种活性还原剂,还原过程温度低、时间短、过剩系数小、还原率高。亚硫酸锌可由制酸尾气(含SO_20.2~0.5%)用焙砂或烟尘吸收获得,同时顺便解决了废气污染问题;(3) 采用循环富集沉铟,既简化流程又提高铟的富集倍数;(4) 使用透平搅拌保证了Fe~(2+)的高速氧化;(5) 采用石灰石作中和剂解决了系统的酸平衡问题并获得贫锌铁渣。
This experimental study provides a new process for zinc hydrometallurgy. This process has: no consumption of alkali, high recovery rate of scattered metals, the quality of the solution, ferrous slag fast filtration and so on. 1m ~ 3 to expand the test confirmed: (1) high-temperature zinc roasted sand zinc hydrometallurgical effect is good; (2) zinc sulfite is an active reductant, the reduction process temperature is low, the time is short, excess coefficient is small, the reduction rate high. Zinc sulfite can be obtained from acid-producing tail gas (containing SO_20.2~0.5%) by using calcine or soot, and at the same time solving the problem of exhaust gas pollution; (3) By enriching and depositing indium by circulation, the zinc sulfite is simplified and the content of indium is increased (4) the use of turbine stirring to ensure the rapid oxidation of Fe ~ (2+); (5) the use of limestone as a neutralizer to solve the problem of acid balance system and to obtain zinc-depleted iron slag.
