某型机在疲劳试验考核中摇臂接头出现断裂,疲劳寿命远未达到设计要求。从结构设计、试验加载、断口分析、生产制造各方面进行失效分析,发现摇臂接头耳片内孔镀铬之前,喷丸处理未覆盖到耳片区域,导致接头耳片疲劳强度性能大幅下降,是疲劳试验过程中摇臂接头耳片提前失效的主要原因。在对接头耳片区域采取喷丸处理,重新加工了试验件并进行了试验考核,达到了预期的疲劳寿命,验证了之前的分析。
