一、“七五”基本经验和主要问题“七五”期间,探矿战线的12万职工,在钻探任务大量下降,找矿难度日趋增加等困难条件下,出色完成了钻、坑探计划工作量,还承揽了大量市政建设和港口、码头、隧道等基础工程,完成了许多水文水井、工程勘察和工程施工钻探工作量,1989年创收3.2亿元(毛收入),为面向社会,搞活经济,稳定队伍,不断发展闯出了新路,成为地矿部门对外创收的主力军,并为地矿系统开拓地质市场,发展延伸产业奠定了稳固的基础.“七五”的基本经验是:
I.
