再生障碍危象(Aplastic crisis)是由多种原因所致的骨髓造血功能急性停滞。此症精神科报导极少,现将我院近几年所见的4例报告如下。 临床资料 男女各2例,年龄分别为17、38、40、15岁。3例精神分裂症。1例分裂情感性精神病。4例均在服氯丙嗪15～45天、200～600mg/日发生本症。临床表现:起病急、持续高热、乏力、苍白。3例有上呼吸道感染症状,1例腹股沟痛。体查:3例咽充血(其中1例有紫癜),1例淋巴结、脾肿大。辅助检查:2例三系细胞受损,2例仅累及粒、红系统。本症发生前血常规均正常,而发
Aplastic crisis is the acute arrest of hematopoietic function of bone marrow caused by various reasons. Psychiatric reports of this disease is minimal, now our hospital seen in 4 cases in recent years are as follows.
