宫内节育器异位原因及其处理对策分析

目的:对宫内节育器异位的原因及处理对策分析。方法:选择市计划生育服务站2009年1月-2011年12月放置宫内节育器的女性2000例,作为A组,筛选发生宫内节育器异位的患者46例,对异位原因分析,提出切实、可行、有效的加强对策并全面落实;选择2012年1月-2014年12月放置宫内节育器的女性2000例,作为B组,统计宫内节育器异位的比例,并与A组比较,分析其原因。结果:宫内节育器异位的原因与放置时间不当、手术操作不当等因素有关,计划生育服务站通过总结教训,持续强化管理,使B组宫内节育器异位率明显下降,与A组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:提高对宫内节育器异位原因的重视,严格掌握放环适应症,加强管理与防范,可降低宫内节育器异位率。 Objective: To analyze the cause of ectopic pregnancy of IUD and its treatment. Methods: A total of 2000 women with IUDs who were admitted to the Municipal Family Planning Service Station from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as group A. 46 patients with ectopic IUDs were selected. Put forward practical, feasible and effective measures to strengthen and fully implement; Select January 2012 - December 2014, women placed in the IUD 2000, as a group B, the statistics of ectopic IUD proportion, and with A Group comparison, analyze the reason. Results: The causes of ectopic pregnancy of IUD were related to the improper placement time, improper operation and other factors. The family planning service station continued to strengthen the management by means of summarizing the lessons so that the heterotopic rate of IUD in B group decreased obviously. Compared with A group There are differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: To improve the ectopic causes of IUD, strict grasping the indications for letting go, strengthen management and prevention, can reduce the heterotopic rate of IUD.
