苏德尔特油田布达特浅变质岩储层具有储层厚度大,基质致密,储层破裂压力梯度高,现场通过应用加砂前加入粉沙对裂缝进行预处理工艺和变排量施工工艺有效减少砂堵的发生率,降低排量和加入控高剂可以有效的控制裂缝的高度,减少窜槽的发生,在隔层条件允许的条件下尽量的提高排量,降低加砂难度。采用降低排量施工后,有效的防止了窜槽的发生。这些工艺措施的应用有效的提高了苏德尔特油田压裂成功率。
