1.概述及无阻断通信的必要性随着密集波分复用技术和高速数字交换技术的应用,越来越多的信息业务集中到较少的节点和线路上,对这些线路所在光网络的可靠性的要求也越来越高。据统计每年我国发生超过2000次的光缆阻断,造成超过10亿元的巨大直接通信损失,对国民经济各行业带动来了不可估量的重大损失。因此,网络生存能力成为影响网络设计与构建的重要因素,而光路层的保护与恢复对于整个网络的生存能力有着重大的影响。强化光路层的保护,对增强光网络的生存能力具有非常重大的意义。
