[目的]建立水中烯酰吗啉分析方法,并研究烯酰吗啉的水解以及水中光解特性。[方法]采用高效液相色谱进行研究。[结果]烯酰吗啉水解性能稳定;烯酰吗啉及其顺式和反式异构体的水中光降解动态分2个阶段进行拟合,均符合一级动力学方程;烯酰吗啉在0~120、120~638 h的水中光解半衰期分别为76.8、208 h;反式和顺式异构体在水中光解速率差异不明显;在光照条件下反式异构体迅速转化为顺式异构体。[结论]得到了烯酰吗啉的水解和水中光解动态规律,为其环境风险评估及风险管理提供了科学数据。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the analytical method of dimethomorph in water and to study the hydrolysis of dimethomorph and the photolysis characteristics in water. [Method] The study was conducted by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The hydrolytic performance of dimethomorph was stable. The kinetics of photodegradation of dimethomorph and cis and trans isomers in water was fitted in two stages, which all fit the first order kinetic equation. The half-lives of photolysis in water of 0-120,120-638 h were 76.8 and 208 h, respectively. The photolysis rates of trans-and cis-isomers were not significantly different in water. The trans-isomers rapidly converted to cis Isomer. [Conclusion] The dynamics of dimethoylmorpholine hydrolysis and photolysis in water were obtained, which provided scientific data for environmental risk assessment and risk management.
