病毒性肺炎是婴幼儿常见的呼吸道感染性疾病。临床以2岁以内者居多,极重型多见于6个月以内的婴儿。临床发病急,剧烈咳喘,呼吸困难,有明显的缺氧症状和体征,抗生素治疗效果不佳。笔者自1989年12月以来,应用中药煎液直肠滴注治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎56例,取得较为满意的效果,现总结如下。 1 临床资料 本组56例,男31例,女25例。发病年龄最小70天,最大1岁10个月,6个月以内的婴儿29例。发病时间:11月份1例,12月份11例,1月份21例,2月份20例,3月份3例。本 Viral pneumonia is a common respiratory infection in infants and young children.
