目的研究管腔中残留水分对过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌器灭菌效果的影响。方法采用载体定量和定性杀菌试验方法,对管腔类器械残留水分影响过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果的程度进行评价。结果在设定的灭菌周期运行结束,过氧化氢低温等离子体对干燥的管腔类器械全部达到灭菌合格,对含有水分的管腔类器械灭菌合格比为6/30,含水分管腔类器械经54℃干燥30 min灭菌合格比为14/30,经气枪吹干15 s灭菌合格比为27/30。结论管腔类器械含水分明显影响过氧化氢气体等离子灭菌器的灭菌效果,简单的干燥措施不能完全使管腔内水分干燥。
Objective To study the effect of residual moisture in the lumen on the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. Methods The carrier quantitative and qualitative bactericidal test methods were used to evaluate the effect of residual moisture in the luminal instruments on the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma at low temperature. Results In the set sterilization cycle end of the operation, the hydrogen peroxide plasma on the dry lumen all the instruments to achieve sterilization, the lumen of the instrument containing moisture sterilization ratio of 6/30, moisture containing tube Cavity instruments by 54 ℃ drying 30 min sterilization pass ratio of 14/30, dry air gun 15 s sterilization pass ratio of 27/30. Conclusion The water content of lumen devices obviously affects the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. The simple drying measures can not completely dry the lumen inside the lumen.
