中红外飞秒光参量放大器(OPA)是重要的红外飞秒激光源,笔者在此领域发展了一系列创新技术,以实现装置高效、稳定、紧凑的目标,成功地将100 fs 的中红外飞秒激光在2.0~4.5μm宽波长范围内可调谐。基于 OPA 输出,研制了产生窄带长脉冲激光的时间望远镜。其集成化器件可输出时间同步的可调谐长短脉冲激光,在一个系统上集成了波长可调谐,高光谱(-0.1 nm)分辨率和高时间(-100 fs)分辨率等三种独特的功能。
Mid-infrared femtosecond optical parametric amplifier (OPA) is an important infrared femtosecond laser source, the author in this area has developed a series of innovative technologies to achieve high efficiency, stability and compact target, the successful 100 fs mid-infrared fly The second laser is tunable over a wide wavelength range of 2.0 to 4.5 μm.
