青东5区块位于青东凹陷西南部,莱州湾西部极浅海域,地势平坦,平均水深3.6m,为胜利油田主力探区之一。本区块共部署61口井,存在着井网密集、井眼间距小等难点。该区块井造斜点浅、疏松,上部地层软,造浆严重,钻速快,稳斜井段长,岩屑携带困难。钻井液易受侵污,井壁不稳定。海洋环境对钻井液排放及体系要求高。优选钻井液体系是保证井组顺利的前提,采用强抑制弱钙环保钻井液体系,具有强的泥岩抑制性,润滑性,储层保护性能优于常规水基钻井液,可生物降解,保护环境,满足了青东5区块井的施工需要。
