本文在理论分析的基础上,试验研究了用硫酸直接分解菱锌矿生产氧化锌。当浸出温度为80~90℃,最终pH值控制在4~5时,锌浸取率可达98%以上。用高锰酸钾氧化、中和水解法除铁、锰,锌粉置换法能最大限度地除铜、镉等重金属,产品质量符合国家规定的G B 3185—82标准。25公斤级扩大试验验证了小型试验,结果可靠,产品质量稳定。氧化锌经橡胶厂应用试验证明,不仅化学成分、粒度、色度等达到要求,而且物理性能好。
Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper studied the direct decomposition of calamine using sulfuric acid to produce zinc oxide. When the leaching temperature is 80 ~ 90 ℃ and the final pH is controlled at 4 ~ 5, the leaching rate of zinc can reach over 98%. With potassium permanganate oxidation, neutralization and hydrolysis in addition to iron, manganese, zinc powder replacement method to maximize the removal of copper, cadmium and other heavy metals, product quality in line with national G G 3185-82 standards. The 25 kg expansion test validates small trials with reliable results and consistent product quality. Application of zinc oxide rubber factory test proved that not only chemical composition, particle size, color, etc. to meet the requirements, and good physical properties.
