目的探讨螺旋CT仿真内窥镜技术在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对患有血尿、临床高度怀疑膀胱癌的60例患者均行螺旋CT检查,采用仿真内窥镜重建观察,并与膀胱内镜检查、手术结果比较其诊断效果。结果所有病例均经手术证实为膀胱癌。仿真膀胱镜对肿块检出率为91.7%,经与膀胱内镜的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT仿真内窥镜技术无创、视野广,对膀胱肿块的诊断准确率高,为手术提供类似于直视的图像效果,可部分替代膀胱内镜检查。
Objective To explore the value of spiral CT virtual endoscopy in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods Sixty patients with hematuria and highly suspected bladder cancer were examined by spiral computed tomography (CT) and simulated by endoscopic reconstruction. The diagnostic results were compared with those by cystoscopy and surgery. Results All cases were confirmed as bladder cancer by surgery. The detection rate of cystoscopy on cysts was 91.7%. There was no significant difference between cystoscopy and cystoscopy (P> 0.05). Conclusion CT virtual endoscopy technology is noninvasive and has a wide field of vision. It has a high diagnostic accuracy for bladder masses and provides images similar to direct vision for surgery, which may partially replace bladder endoscopy.
