我厂在T617卧式镗床上加工箱体轴孔时,经常遇到有沟槽的轴孔,而T617镗床没有径向进给装置,利用普通镗刀杆镗孔内沟槽十分困难,为此,设计制造了两种镗削沟槽的径向进给刀杆(图1、图2)。图1所示刀杆结构及工作原理:向右扳动手柄2,使滚轮3推动滑套4,联结在滑套4上的楔铁5在刀杆1的轴向槽内向右移动,楔铁5的斜面推动刀头7径向进给。刀头随刀杆旋转的同时,又作径向进给,因而完成切槽动作。切槽结束后,向左扳动手柄2,刀头7在弹簧6的作用
