以儿童为本,实施科学保教,是我国学前教育改革与发展的核心价值取向,教师成为研究者是促进教师学习与发展的重要途径,在此背景下,幼儿园教师应该成为儿童的研究者,并以儿童研究为核心,带动学科内容以及教育教学策略的研究。本文讨论了教师开展儿童研究的方式、内容、场域以及目的,以明确教师成为儿童研究者的理论内涵和实践价值。
Taking children as the basis and carrying out scientific education, it is the core value orientation of preschool education reform and development in our country. As teachers, becoming teachers is an important way to promote teachers’ learning and development. In this context, kindergarten teachers should become children’s researchers Research with children as the core, driving the content of disciplines and education and teaching strategies. This article discusses the ways, contents, fields, and purposes of teachers in conducting child studies so as to clarify the theoretical and practical value of teachers becoming children’s researchers.
