采用口服清热利湿、补肾活血方，配合强力霉素、严迪治疗感染性精液异常128例。结果：痊愈76例(占59.4％)，其中女方妊娠28例；显效40例(占31.3％)；无效12例(占9.4％)；总有效率为90.6％。

：
