目的探讨3.0T磁共振1H-MR波谱(1H-MRS)成像技术在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)中的临床应用。方法选取3.0T MR1H-MRS扫描成功的10例NAFLD患者和10名健康志愿者(正常组),采用Phillips Achieva3.0T MRS分析软件对采集数据进行处理,测量water和lip波峰、water和lip的波峰值之比、lip的波峰下测得的面积及脂水面积比的变化特征。结果NAFLD组患者的water峰值、峰下面积与正常组的water的峰值、峰下面积间差异无统计学意义。NAFLD组患者lip的波峰值、lip峰下面积、脂水峰值比和面积比与正常组间的差异均有统计学意义:lip波峰值:(0.40±0.16)a.u.vs(0.06±0.05)a.u.,P<0.05;脂水峰值比:(0.53±0.40)vs(0.05±0.03),P<0.05;lip峰下面积:(26.28±19.16)vs(2.31±2.00),P<0.05;脂水峰下面积比:(0.58±0.44)vs(0.04±0.03),P<0.05。结论3.0T1H-MRS是一种评价NAFLD脂质代谢的重要技术,对检测肝脏脂质代谢的变化具有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of 3.0T 1H-MR spectroscopy (1H-MRS) imaging in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods Ten cases of NAFLD patients and 10 healthy volunteers were scanned by 3.0T MR-1H MRS. The data were processed by Phillips Achieva3.0T MRS software to measure water and lip wave, wave of water and lip Peak ratio, lip peak area measured under the area and lipid-water ratio changes. Results There was no significant difference in peak area and peak area of water between NAFLD group and normal group. The peak value of lip, the area under lip peak, the peak area ratio of lipid and the area ratio of lipids in NAFLD group were significantly different from those in normal group: lip wave peak: (0.40 ± 0.16) auvs (0.06 ± 0.05) au, P <0.05; P <0.05; P <0.05; P <0.05; P <0.05); The area under lip peak: (26.28 ± 19.16) vs (2.31 ± 2.00), P < The area ratio was (0.58 ± 0.44) vs (0.04 ± 0.03), P <0.05. Conclusion 3.0T1H-MRS is an important technique for evaluating lipid metabolism in NAFLD, and is of significance for the detection of hepatic lipid metabolism.
