本文用3个奥帕克-2(O2)玉米和3个普通玉米自交系进行相互杂交和自交,研究了杂交当代的粒重、籽粒密度和赖氨酸含量的杂交优势表现特点。结果表明,用普通玉米和O2玉米自交系作母本杂交当代粒重较自交有较大优势,并且同类型内杂交优势小于类型间杂交优势;各自交系杂交当代籽粒密度和自交相比优势不大或无优势,只有用普通玉米花粉给O2玉米授粉,杂交当代优势较明显;同类型自交系间杂交当代籽粒赖氨酸含量和自交相比无差异或差异不大,用普通玉米花粉给O2玉米授粉,杂交当代赖氨酸含量有不同程度的下降,相反,可使赖氨酸含量有不同程度的提高。
In this paper, three Opaque-2 (O2) maize and three common maize inbred lines were crossed with each other and their self-cross was studied.
