本文介绍一种高胆固醇血症的造型方法,即给小鼠腹腔注射75%的蛋黄乳液0.5ml,20h后取血,按微量法测定各组血清胆固醇含量,与对照组比较,以观察被试药物的降脂疗效。造型中体内血清胆固醇-时间曲线的研究表明:对照组血清胆固醇高峰在20h可达500mg%左右,48h逐渐恢复正常,与非离子型表面活性剂Triton造型法比较有相似之处。对降脂药物安妥明的验证试验可显示出它的作用。经实验证明本法具有经济、简便、快速的优点,可适用于研究降脂药物的初筛。
