目的调查分析该院首次人工流产人群特点及人工流产原因的变化趋势,探讨相关知识普及对再次人工流产的预防效果。方法对2012年1月-2015年12月在该院行首次人工流产的5 600例女性的相关资料进行回顾性分析,总结首次人工流产人群特点及原因,同时对其行相关知识普及,评价并发症及再次人工流产发生情况。结果首次人工流产患者中,21~30岁占70.32%,中学文化程度占73.11%,服务业人员占38.05%,未婚占55.80%,本地占55.64%;2012-2015年首次人工流产比例、15~20岁与21~30岁人群、大专及以上文化程度、学生及未婚女性人工流产率均呈逐年上升趋势,避孕失败占60.73%;2012-2015年因未避孕行人工流产呈逐年上升趋势,其中因相关知识缺乏未避孕者人工流产比例于2012-2014年呈现上升趋势,2015年较2014年有所下降。相关知识掌握优秀者对人工流产较重视、良好者次之,与相关知识掌握程度一般、较差者比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);再次人工流产率及并发症总发生率明显低于相关知识掌握程度一般、较差者(P<0.05)。结论首次人工流产以21~30岁人群为主,未婚、外地人群人工流产率较高,需重点关注;通过相关知识普及提高患者相关知识掌握程度,能明显降低再次人工流产及相关并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of the first induced abortion population in this hospital and the changing trend of the causes of abortion, and to explore the preventive effect of the popularization of related knowledge on the induced abortion. Methods The data of 5 600 women who had the first abortion in this hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the characteristics and causes of the first induced abortion. Results The first abortion patients were 70.32% of them aged 21-30 years, 73.11% of them had secondary school education, 38.05% of them were service workers, 55.80% of them were unmarried, accounting for 55.64% of the total. The proportion of first abortion in 2012-2015, The rates of abortion among students aged 20 and 21 to 30 years old, college and above, and students and unmarried women all showed a year-on-year increase of 60.73%. Contraceptive failure was on the rise year-on-year for 2012-2015, of which, The proportion of abortion due to lack of relevant knowledge showed an upward trend in 2012-2014, a decrease from 2015 in 2015. The relevant knowledge of excellent people pay more attention to abortion, followed by good, with the relevant knowledge of the general, the poor were compared, the differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05); again induced abortion and complications The rate was significantly lower than the general knowledge of the relevant knowledge, poor (P <0.05). Conclusions The first abortion is mainly between 21 and 30 years of age. The rate of abortion in unmarried and non-married population is high, and the focus should be on the extent of abortion and relevant complication .
