目的:研究胶质瘤磁共振体素内不相干运动(IVIM)成像与动态磁敏感对比增强(DSC)灌注相关性。方法:94例经手术病理证实的成人胶质瘤,术前均行IVIM和DSC磁共振扫描并计算肿瘤区域IVIM相关灌注参数快弥散(Dfast),快弥散分数(PF),rCBF,rCBV值及其相应标化值nDfast、nPF、nrCBF和nrCBV,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:Dfast与rCBV和rCBF均呈正相关,ρ分别为0.396和0.328;nDfast与nrCBV和nrCBF均呈正相关,ρ分别为0.466和0.390(所有P<0.001)。结论:胶质瘤磁共振IVIM灌注参数Dfast与nrCBV密切相关,是无需外源性对比剂示踪的非侵入性活体评价胶质瘤灌注的潜在标记物。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between intracoronary MRIMI (glomerular magnetic resonance) imaging and dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced (DSC) perfusion. Methods: Ninety-four adult patients with pathologically confirmed gliomas were enrolled in this study. The IVIM and DSC magnetic resonance scans were performed before operation. The fasting diffusion coefficient (DfF), rCBF and rCBV values of IVIM-related perfusion parameters The corresponding normalized values nDfast, nPF, nrCBF and nrCBV, and related statistical analysis. RESULTS: Dfast was positively correlated with both rCBV and rCBF, with ρ of 0.396 and 0.328, respectively; nDfast was positively correlated with nrCBV and nrCBF, with ρ of 0.466 and 0.390, respectively (all P <0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Dfast of glioma IVIM perfusion parameter is closely related to nrCBV, which is a potential marker of non-invasive in vivo evaluation of glioma perfusion without exogenous contrast agent tracing.
