分析了物流危化品企业,明确了人力资源管理的问题,如招聘选拔等用人理念存在一定偏差,培训制度不落实,培训内容存在应付现象,绩效制度设计有待优化,激励机制尚需进一步改进;提出了相关改进措施:坚持人本思想,践行现代人力资源理念,构建科学合理的绩效考核制度,加大人力资源投入力度,完善内外培训体系。
