沈阳油田高凝油地面掺水集油工艺延承了原系统水力泵和闭式循环工艺,目前采取油井井筒电伴热,地面采取双管掺水工艺,开发26年来一直未进行系统改造。随着主力区块沈84-安12块开发的不断深入,区块进入高含水期,目前运行的掺水集油系统暴漏出很多与区块生产不相匹配的问题,例如掺水量多,耗气量大,设备老化腐蚀严重等。为了解决区块开发的突出矛盾,决定选取6个井站进行地面掺水集油工艺改造,将双管掺水集油工艺改造为环形掺水集油工艺,减少大量的管线改造工作量,节约大量掺水和天然气消耗。高凝油采油降能耗就是降成本,对地面系统进行优化改造不仅是节能问题,更关系到高凝油采油工艺的有效性和低成本战略的实施。
