一、前言本文研究的几种高性能减水剂,没有引气性,对凝结时间无延缓作用,因此掺量可以加大使用,在一般工作度的情况下,水灰比可以大幅度降低,得到800kgf/Cm~2以上的高强混凝土,用于预制桩和予应力混凝土,桁架桥等均可得到良好的效果。目前,为获得高强混凝土而使用高性能减水剂,可减少单位用水量,提高耐久性,降低干燥收缩和减少发热量,适用于一般混凝土的各种结构。掺高性能减水剂的高强混凝土各种性能的研究成果已公开发表。但对其抗冻性这个重要课题,还需要进行研究。
I. INTRODUCTION Several of the high-performance water-reducing agents studied in this paper have no air-entraining properties and have no delaying effect on the setting time. Therefore, the amount of water-reducing agent can be used more, and the water-cement ratio can be greatly reduced in the case of general working conditions. Obtained high-strength concrete with 800kgf/cm 2 or more, used for prefabricated piles and prestressed concrete, truss bridges, etc. can get good results. At present, the use of high-performance water-reducing agents for obtaining high-strength concrete can reduce unit water consumption, improve durability, reduce drying shrinkage and reduce heat generation, and is applicable to various structures of general concrete. The research results of various properties of high-strength concrete with high performance water-reducing agent have been published. However, research on its important issue of frost resistance needs to be conducted.
