为了研究涎腺肿瘤的发生和发展规律,建立涎腺肿瘤动物模型。采用化学致癌物———三甲基胆蒽对46只SD大鼠颌下腺腺体内进行直接注射的方法,观察诱发产生颌下腺肿瘤情况。结果:共诱发产生肿瘤34例,其中鳞状细胞癌4例,平滑肌肉瘤30例。提示:三甲基胆蒽可诱发大鼠颌下腺产生肿瘤,并以肉瘤多见。
In order to study the occurrence and development of salivary gland tumors, an animal model of salivary gland tumors was established. Using chemical carcinogen—trimethylcholanthrene to inject the submandibular glands of 46 SD rats directly into the body, observe the situation of submandibular gland tumors induced by induction. RESULTS: A total of 34 cases of tumors were induced, including 4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of leiomyosarcoma. Tip: Trimethylcholanthrene can induce rat submandibular gland tumors, and more common in sarcomas.
