一、不要因发胖而过份发愁不少妙龄少女以胖为美之大敌,千方百计节食。须知处于青春发育时期,人的体重是不可避免地要增加的。体重的增加,反映了内脏、肌肉和骨骼的发育情况,它也是一个人发育好坏的标志之一。少女如果一味追求形象美,节制食欲就会减少营养的供给,从而不能保证身体发育对营养的需求,这样容易造成发育不良,身体瘦弱、体质差,以至影响学习和工作。在青春发育期,正确的办法是:加强营养,积极参加体育锻炼。因为体育锻炼可以消耗掉腹部、臀部等部位积存的多余脂肪,并使肌肉发达,从而使身材匀称健美。体育锻炼要持之以恒,不可随意中断。
