社会发展要求高职院校会计专业培养出高质量的人才。建构理论实训一体化的教学模式有利于全面培养学生的专业能力,适应社会发展的需求。根据教学理论和实践,科学地建构理论实训一体化教学模式需要从以下几个方面入手:构建理论教学和实践训练相结合的原则,坚持“工学结合,校企合作”和“一教双证,课证相融”的原则;建构以提高技能为目标的实践性课程体系,同时,提升教师队伍的专业水平,更新、完善教学设施;形成学期专项会计实训和会计岗位综合实训的阶段性目标;最后,建立和完善会计专业理论实训一体化教学质量考核体系。
