珠三角洲产业升级兼具可能性和紧迫性,产业发展轨迹已至升级拐点。珠三角产业升级要厘清两个认识误区,珠三角区域内九市要结合市情进行非均衡产业升级,不能齐步并进;珠三角要统筹兼顾三大产业的升级,不能顾此失彼。珠三角产业升级应在《纲要》的指导下,加快珠三角一体化进程,科学规划,做好产业迁移工作;加强与发达经济地区的产业合作,做好产业引进工作;提高自主创新能力,增强产业升级的内生能力。
The industrial upgrading in the Pearl River Delta is both a possibility and an urgency. The industrial development trajectory has reached an inflection point. The PRD should take all factors into consideration when upgrading the three major industries. Under the guidance of the “Outline”, the industrial upgrading of the Pearl River Delta should speed up the process of integration in the Pearl River Delta, scientifically plan and do a good job in industrial relocation; strengthen industrial cooperation with economically developed areas and do a good job in introducing industries; improve the capability of independent innovation and enhance Endogenous capacity of industrial upgrading.
