目的评价吉林省城乡居民健康素养相关问题的认知差异,为制定城乡居民健康教育工作决策提供理论依据。方法 2011年采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取吉林省城乡居民9 913人进行问卷调查。采用卫生部设计的《2009年中国公民健康素养调查问卷》,由经过培训的调查员采用面对面的方式进行调查。结果城乡居民对科学健康观、安全与急救、传染病预防、基本医疗、慢性病预防等相关问题的认知水平有显著性差异,农村居民的健康素养相关问题的认知明显低于城市居民。结论采取针对性的干预措施,提高居民健康素养水平。
Objective To evaluate the cognitive differences of health literacy among urban and rural residents in Jilin Province and to provide a theoretical basis for making decisions on health education for urban and rural residents. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used in 2011 to survey 9,913 urban and rural residents in Jilin Province for questionnaire survey. Using the 2009 Chinese Citizens’ Health Literacy Questionnaire designed by the Ministry of Health, the trained investigators conducted a face-to-face survey. Results Residents in urban and rural areas had significant differences in cognition of related issues such as scientific outlook on health, safety and first aid, prevention of infectious diseases, basic medical treatment and prevention of chronic diseases. The awareness of health literacy among rural residents was significantly lower than that of urban residents. Conclusion To take targeted interventions to improve the level of health literacy.
