我们当前所处的是一个信息丰富的时代,各种传统媒体(广播、电视、报纸等)和新兴媒体(互联网、手机等)展开了激烈地竞争。不能否认,网络媒体正在产生越来越大的影响。但互联网时代的到来并不意味着传统媒体的衰亡,相反,传统媒体正在借助网络传播的优势蓬勃发展着。可以预测,今后媒体市场的竞争将越来越激烈,谁能够吸引受众的注意力,谁就掌握了发展的主动权。“传播新闻、教育大众、提供娱乐、服务社会”这是大众传媒的共性。而广播不但具备这些媒体普遍的功能,更有方便快捷、覆盖面广、互动性强、高保真等独有的特点。广播如何发挥自身特点,以创新思维拓宽发展空间,是一个值得思考的问题。思想决定出路,只有坚持“开放创新”,既有“开放”的胆识和魄力,又有“创新”的智慧和招数,把“开放创新”的思想落实在工作中,广播事业才能在激烈的媒体竞争中立于不败之地。
