混凝土表面裂纹及气泡现象在桥梁结构物施工中经常出现,尤其是在薄壁混凝土墩、台身、立柱、梁板的表面更容易产生,严重影响混凝土的外观质量,而且一旦在表面形成裂纹及气泡,也难以修复,造成人力、物力的浪费。本文结合山东省青州至临沭高速公路第五标段的后张法预制预应力混凝土箱梁和16m预制先张法预应力空心板梁的施工,针对混凝土表面裂纹及气泡形成的原因进行分析,并提出一些相应的预防措施,以供参考。
