取乌克兰优质大樱桃茎段作外植体 ,进行离体快速繁殖 ,筛选出MS + 0 8mg/LBA+ 0 2mg/LIAA作为增殖培养基 ,增殖系数达到 1 1左右。生根培养基以 1 /2MS + 0 5 mg/LNAA生根最好 ,生根率 91 2 %。试管苗生长正常 ,有效叶片达 5片以上 ,移栽基质为蛭石 ,于4～ 7月份进行移栽 ,移栽成活率达 95 %以上
The explants of Ukrainian high quality big cherry stem were used as explants for rapid propagation in vitro. MS + 0 8mg / LBA + 0 2mg / LIAA was selected as proliferation medium, and the multiplication coefficient reached about 1 1. Rooting medium with 1 / 2MS +0 5 mg / LNAA best rooting rate of 91 2%. Test tube seedlings grow normally, effective leaves up to 5 or more, transplanting substrate for vermiculite, transplanting in April to July, transplanting survival rate of 95% or more
