现代高炉生产中,影响高炉长寿的因素越来越集中在高炉的冷却系统。通过强磁处理设备对高炉循环冷却水处理,研究了磁场强度,流速,时间对PSI指数,pH值,电导率的影响。采用正交试验的方法,并对防垢作用机制做出分析,得出在特定条件下,存在最佳磁场强度为26 500 Gs,最佳流速0.6 m/s,最佳时间4.5 h。用电子扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析磁化和未经过磁处理形成水垢,表明磁处理使水垢优先以纹石结构析出,纹石的粘附性很弱,呈松软絮状,悬浮在水中,很容易被水流冲走,这样就达到了防垢的目的。
In modern blast furnace production, the factors affecting the longevity of the blast furnace are more and more concentrated in the blast furnace cooling system.
