主要针对重载齿轮传动系统中的渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的弹性变形,采用大型集成化设计工程分析软件系统I-DEAS,建立轮齿的三维实体有限元计算模型,确定边界条件后,对其6个不同接触位置分别进行了受载弹性变形的有限元精确分析计算,并给出了部分计算结果。
Aiming at the elastic deformation of involute helical gear in heavy-duty gear transmission system, a three-dimensional solid finite element calculation model of gear teeth is established by using large-scale integrated design engineering analysis software system I-DEAS. After determining the boundary conditions, The six different contact positions were respectively subjected to the finite element precise analysis and calculation of the elastic deformation under load, and some results were given.
