介绍了在通州支线工程(北京市南水北调东干渠配套工程)采用PCCP明挖敷设的施工建设中,针对沟槽边坡稳定、管基地层偏软、管道安装、管道回填以及管道内接缝封堵等主要控制难点,采取了有效的处理办法和措施,成功解决了工程难题,确保了工程的质量、安全与进度。通州支线输水管道工程水压试验渗漏量检测结果为0.47 m3/2 h,远小于设计渗漏量3.24 m3/2 h,圆满地完成了通水验收,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the construction of PCCP open cut ditch in the Tongzhou Extension Project (East Nanjing Diversion Project of Beijing South Water Transfer Project).
