民营企业的迅猛发展,对调整经济结构、增加地方财政收入、解决劳动就业、推动经济发展等方面发挥着越来越积极的作用。但民营企业在发展中面临的法律问题也逐步凸显,如不加以重视和预防,势必影响民营企业的健康发展。本文列举分析了民营企业经营管理过程中常见的法律问题,提出了依法促进民营企业可持续发展的建议。
The rapid development of private-owned enterprises plays an increasingly active role in adjusting economic structure, increasing local fiscal revenue, solving employment problems and promoting economic development. However, the legal problems that private-owned enterprises face in their development are gradually being highlighted. Failure to pay due attention to and prevention will inevitably affect the sound development of private-owned enterprises. This article enumerates and analyzes the common legal problems in the operation and management of private-owned enterprises and puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of private-owned enterprises according to law.
