为了合理回收转炉钢渣中的铁,以临钢钢渣为原料,采用光谱半定量全分析、X衍射、扫描电镜、和电子探针等方法分析试样的物理化学和矿物特性,并对原渣的粒度和金属分布进行测定。结果表明:转炉钢渣中主要物相是硅酸二钙、硅酸三钙和熟石灰,含铁物相主要有金属态(Fe)、简单化合态(Fe2O3、Fe3O4、Fe2O3.nH2O和Fe-CO3等)、铁酸盐(2CaO.Fe2O3等)和固溶体(MgO.2FeO),全铁品位高达23.39%,分布比较分散;钢渣比较难磨且具有选择性破碎特性。研究结果为后续钢渣加工和综合利用提供了依据。
In order to reasonably recover the iron in the converter slag, the physical and chemical properties and mineral properties of the sample were analyzed by semi-quantitative full-spectrum spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe using the steel slag as raw material. Particle size and metal distribution were measured. The results show that the main phases in the converter slag are dicalcium silicate, tricalcium silicate and hydrated lime. The ferrous phases are mainly metal (Fe), simple (Fe2O3, Fe3O4, Fe2O3.nH2O and Fe-CO3) ), Ferrite (2CaO.Fe2O3, etc.) and solid solution (MgO.2FeO). The grade of all-iron is as high as 23.39%. The distribution of the slag is relatively dispersed. The steel slag is hard to grind and has selective crushing properties. The results provide the basis for subsequent processing and comprehensive utilization of steel slag.
