目的:研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)和磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)蛋白在在宫颈癌癌变过程中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,并分析宫颈癌组织中两者表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化(SP)法检测120例宫颈癌组织、57例CIN组织及39例正常宫颈组织中OPN和PI3K蛋白的表达水平。用χ2检验分析OPN和PI3K蛋白在宫颈组织中表达的意义及其与临床病理特征间的关系。用Spearman等级相关分析法分析两者在宫颈癌组织中表达的相关性。结果:在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织及宫颈癌组织中,OPN和PI3K蛋白表达阳性率递增,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。OPN和PI3K蛋白表达阳性率与宫颈癌患者的年龄及肿瘤大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均与组织学分级及有无淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PI3K蛋白的表达与临床分期有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示宫颈癌组织中OPN和PI3K蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.360;P=0.001)。结论:OPN和PI3K高表达可能在宫颈癌癌变过程中起到重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) protein in the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features, and analyze the correlation between the expression of OPN and PI3K in cervical cancer Sex. Methods: The expression of OPN and PI3K in 120 cases of cervical cancer, 57 cases of CIN and 39 cases of normal cervical tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP). The significance of expression of OPN and PI3K in cervical tissues by χ2 test and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the two expression in cervical cancer. Results: The positive rates of OPN and PI3K protein in normal cervical tissue, CIN and cervical cancer tissues were significantly increased (P <0.001). The positive rates of OPN and PI3K were not related to the age and tumor size of cervical cancer (P> 0.05), but both were correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) . PI3K protein expression and clinical stage, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of OPN and PI3K in cervical cancer tissues was positively correlated (r = 0.360; P = 0.001). Conclusion: High expression of OPN and PI3K may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer.
