本文采用L9(34)正交试验,以紫苏叶总黄酮的提取率为综合指标,考察提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比4个因素对提取效果的影响。最佳提取工艺为浸提温度80℃、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:16(g/mL)、提取时间1h,紫苏叶中总黄酮提取率最高可达93.12%。该工艺合理,稳定,可行,可为紫苏叶总黄酮提取工艺的确定提供理论依据。
In this paper, L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to extract the total flavonoids of Perilla frutescens leaves as a comprehensive index to study the effects of extraction temperature, ethanol concentration, extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction efficiency. The optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature 80 ℃, ethanol concentration 60%, solid-liquid ratio 1:16 (g / mL) and extraction time 1 h. The extraction rate of total flavonoids in Perilla frutescens leaves was up to 93.12%. The process is reasonable, stable and feasible, which can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of total flavonoids in Perilla frutescens leaves.
