某数据链机载设备结构设计过程中发热问题比较突出,为此设计了一种模块化拼接式强迫风冷机箱结构,既具有良好的散热能力,同时兼顾机载设备减重、盐雾、湿热、振动及电磁兼容等方面环境适应性要求。设计过程中应用热仿真软件,建立了整机的热仿真模型,分析了常温和高温工作时设备散热性能。设备样机顺利通过了高温摸底试验,表明该散热结构方案有效可行。

The thermal simulation software is used in the design process to establish the thermal simulation model of the whole machine and analyze the thermal performance of the equipment at normal temperature and high temperature. Equipment prototype passed the high temperature thoroughly test, indicating that the thermal structure of the program is feasible.
