【摘要】　目的：探讨肝胆外科择期手术患者术后痛感觉和痛情绪影响因素。方法：选择本院2011年2月-2012年2月收治的肝胆外科择期手术患者80例，对术后痛情绪和痛感觉影响因素进行分析。结果：VAS得分在术后不同时间点比较，患者疼痛水平在术后2 h最高，为（7.22±1.38）分，后渐减轻，术后48 h为（4.93±1.46）分，但术后72 h仍为中度疼痛（4.42±1.78）分。观察组与对照组比较

【摘要】 目的：比较不同手术方法在老年急性阑尾炎治疗上疗效区别。方法：选取98例急性阑尾炎老年患者。其中25例入院时以肠梗阻为主要表现。随机均分为两组。其中治疗组采用腹腔镜治疗。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗。结果：两组患者在手术时间上比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。在下床活动时间，住院时间及切口感染率三个指标上治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组无切口感染，无其他术后并发症。对照组术后切口
