本文研究了《国际种子检验规程》及我国《牧草种子检验规程》中均未包括的叉分蓼种子的萌发检验标准化问题。探讨了温度、光照及发芽床等因素对叉分蓼种子的影响。温度设立了15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃恒温、15~25℃和20~30℃变温共6水平。光照设立了照光和黑暗2水平。发芽床设立了纸上、纸间和沙中3水平。从中选出了适合于叉分蓼种子萌发的最优组合。并根据叉分蓼种子在萌发时的发育特征,确定了种苗鉴定标准及初次和末次计数时间。
This paper studies the standardization of the germination test of Polygonum caputum seeds, which are not included in the “International Seed Testing Regulations” and the “Regulations on Forage Seeds Inspection in China”. The effects of temperature, light and germination bed on the seeds of Polygonum orientale were discussed. Temperature set 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃ constant temperature, 15 ~ 25 ℃ and 20 ~ 30 ℃ temperature 6 levels. Light set up a light and dark 2 level. Germination bed set up paper, paper and sand 3 levels. The best combination suitable for seed germination of Polygonum orientale was selected. According to the developmental characteristics of Polygonum capitatum seeds during germination, the identification criteria and the first and last counting time of seedlings were determined.
