目的:观察电针配合运动疗法对尺神经损伤修复术后功能障碍的影响.方法:采用简单随机抽签法将60例尺神经损伤修复术后患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),观察组术后予以电针配合运动疗法,对照组术后仅予以运动疗法;比较两组术后12周腕关节活动度、患手握力、患手/健手握力百分比、肩臂手残疾量表(DASH)值、明尼苏达手灵巧度(MMDT)评定值.结果:术后12周时,观察组腕关节掌区、背伸、尺偏、桡偏等状态的活动度及患手握力、患手/健手握力百分比均明显大于对照组,DASH值、MMDT评定值均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:电针配合运动疗法能够促进尺神经损伤修复术后患者手部功能恢复,是疗效确切的康复治疗方案.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy on dysfunction of after repair of ulnar nerve injury.Methods:60 patients with ulnar nerve injury were randomly divided into controlled group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture plus exercise therapy after operation while the controlled group was only given exercise therapy after operation.The wrist range of motion, grip strength of the affected hand, the ratio of affected hand/healthy hand grip strength, scores of the disability of the arm, shoulder and hand questionnaire (DASH) and Minnesota Manual Dexteritv Test (MMDT) were compared between the two groups at 12 weeks after operation.Results:The range of motion of palmar area, dorsal extension, ulnar deviation and radial deviation, grip strength of the affected hand and the ratio of affected hand/healthy hand grip strength in the observation group at 12 weeks after operation were significantly greater/higher than those in the controlled group, while scores of DASH and MMDT were significantly lower than those in the controlled group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy can promote the recovery of hand function in patients with ulnar nerve injury after repair, and it is an effective regimen.
