2010年5月,我公司#9锅炉B级检修中将对流过热器出口直管由12Cr2MoWVTiB(G102)更换为T91。为便于现场焊接,在T91一端加焊300mm长12Cr1MoVG短节,共产生882道焊口。其中地面制作的294道T91+12Cr1MoVG焊口和现场焊接的294道T91对接焊口均进行了热处理,现场焊接的294道G102+12Cr1MoVG焊口不需进行热处理。管子规格均为φ42mm×5.5mm。上述管子焊接均按DL/T868—2004《焊接工艺评定规程》进行了焊接工艺评定,并制定了焊接工艺卡、热处理工艺卡。
May 2010, our company # 9 boiler B-class overhaul in the overheating of export straight pipe by 12Cr2MoWVTiB (G102) replaced by T91. In order to facilitate on-site welding, welded at T91 end welded 300mm long 12Cr1MoVG short section, a total of 882 welding mouth. Among them, 294 T91 + 12Cr1MoVG welds made on the ground and 294 T91 butt welds welded on the spot were heat-treated, and 294 G102 + 12Cr1MoVG welds welded on site were not subjected to heat treatment. The pipe welding according to DL / T868-2004 “welding process assessment procedures” for the welding process assessment, and developed a welding process card, heat treatment process card.
